Flower of the Day - Rai Tulip - Purple Parrot!

Today's flower of the day is a pinkish-purple and lime green ruffled parrot tulip called Rai Tulip. Unless your ground is frozen, there is still time to plant tulips for spring blooms! This tulip blooms mid to late spring for lucky zones 3-8.
