Cottage Style Party & An Antique Show

I sold at an antique show last weekend and decided to turn the camera towards other vendors items.


I love this old Hoosier cabinet painted pink and white!
It still has the flour sifter and that jadite bowl looks right at home.

I love this old chippy painted porch swing.
If I just had a porch to hang it on.

This child's toy cabinet has child size dishes too.

I'm not sure if this is a functional pulley or a pulley made into a table?

But I love this little guy on top!
Is it a meerkat?

This step-back chest of drawers is so beautiful!

This vendor also had lots of great primitive pieces.
Look at that huge basket!

This vendor cornered the market on crocks I think!

More crockery!

This vendor had a very pretty girly type of space (note the parasol!)
I love the blue of those painted pieces behind the framed prints.
I asked what color that was and she mentioned Martha Stewart paint.
Of course I don't remember the color any more!

I found all the quilts!

Croquet in a box anyone?

Never tire of seeing butter churns!

Someday I will own one of these old library cabinets!

How cute is this old wicker baby buggy!

Camping supplies anyone?

I haven't seen one of these old lawn jockeys in years!

I am equal parts intrigued and disturbed by this unique lamp.

Let's just hope that the guy who made this kept it in his man cave and did not force his wife to display it in the house….

As you can tell I had a busy weekend at the antiques show.
I still have Rubbermaid containers of items in my living room.

Yep, it sure is glamorous being an antiques dealer!

Tri-State Antique Show Today!

Today is the tri-State Antique Show in Lawrenceburg, Indiana and my truck is loaded and ready! Woohoo! First show of the season...come on down! I will be right in front of the restrooms (so it will be convenient to, eh, powder my nose) so come on down and find me!

It's like the Beverly Hillbillies...only with more mystery!

Tri-State Antique Market This Weekend!

Got antiques?

Join us at the 25th anniversary celebration of the Tri-State Antique Market this weekend! It is a 2 day event, all day Saturday and Sunday. 
Saturdays show is a benefit for Habitat for Humanity with Antiques Roadshow style appraisals, music and lots of antiques!

Sundays show will be all about antiques, old stuff and junk! If you are in the Cincinnati area this weekend stop by the Tri-State Antique Market which is held at the fairgrounds in Lawrenceburg, Indiana on Route 50 right off I-275.

Our booth, which is right by the restroom building & beer garden (so convenient...lol!) will have lots of adorable cozy cottage chic decor, primitives items and fab 50's Mid-Century Modern like:

pretty tablecloths, aprons and doilies

Roseville planter

50's red and white formica table

1930's pink glass lampshade

Rained Out = BIG SALE!

We were supposed to have a booth at the Tri-State Antique Market today but got rained out. Sucks! Sucks! Sucks! First one of the season too! When we arrived at 5.30 am it was pouring rain and our booth was flooded with 3" of water with no signs of letting up! We turned around and went home. But we had all this great stuff...

 So, we decided to run a sale in our
