Cottage Style Party #35

Can you believe that Easter is less than 3 weeks away?

I always equate Easter with Spring.

It's the pastel season, a time for newness.

I decided to play with some Easter basket grass and eggs

I bought at the Goodwill over the weekend.

Toss in a few things I already had and its starting to look like Easter!

I added a bird's nest and Easter grass to this domed pedestal.

This milkglass pedestal bowl is perfect for grass and plastic eggs.

I love these little bunnies hiding in the grass under the dome!

Easter in shades of pink!

This little bunny escaped!

This was so much fun and I haven't even opened

all the bags of Easter display items I bought!

Stay tuned for more Easter fun next week...

Welcome to

Cottage Style Party #35!

It looks like everyone has Spring fever!

How pretty is this table setting with its high/low

mix of pretty paper plates, bunny egg cups and milk glass?

Stop by Penny's blog Penny's Vintage Home to see the gorgeous centerpiece hinted at above!

I adore the speckled eggs on this Easter wreath on Kathy's door!

Hop on over to her blog A Delightsome Life for a close up of her wreath and the inspiration for it!

I love these cute chicks wearing their adorable Easter bonnets!

Flock on over to Chenille Cottage to see more of her spring time decorating!

  6. Isn't it fun adding sweet Springtime touches to things we already have or have thrifted? It really is possible to decorate on a dime and have a wonderful look. I like the many colors of Easter grass out there...I remember when the only color available was green.
Thank you, Deb, for hosting and for choosing to feature my little Chicks. I'm honored.
Have a wonderful week and Happy St. Patty's!
