Dreaming of Spring

It's a cold, dreary, rainy day here at the Lavender Garden Cottage. Too dreary to put much effort into doing anything except dreaming of our future garden. What to start from seed? What we can buy from the local nursery? What new plants should we grow this year? How are the perennials holding up this winter? 


Later I will probably cook, drink gallons of hot tea to stay warm in this drafty old, but charming(!) house, maybe clean a little and feed the birds outside. But for now I think I'll snuggle back under the down comforter with my seed catalogs and dream of spring...
