Take time for myself.
I think this is the rule I will {try} to follow this year.
The idea of slowing down, taking 10 minutes, just for me....
...delicious!
I took a little tea time and cupcake break on Sunday
and it was wonderful.
I felt refreshed!
This year I am going to take time to smell the, er, tulips...
...and roses and peonies and hydrangeas...
...and any other flower I find.
What are you doing for yourself this year?
Welcome to this weeks
Cottage Style Party!
This is week #27 and I have shorted the name of
our party by one word to
Cottage Style Party.
Has a nice ring to it, yes?
And all the same great cottage style in a slightly shortened package!
Onto this weeks features...
And speaking of tea time...
I am not the only only taking a tea break!
I just love these tea cups at Pinecones and Acorns. See how Elizabeth likes to enjoy her tea!
How cute are these sweet lavender(!) heart shaped sachets?
Visit Jocelyne's blog Mon Petit Chou Chou to see how she made these adorable sachets for only 49 cents each!
How lovely is this hutch from The Painted Drawer?
The color is so soft and pretty and oh-so-cottage!

ReplyDeleteI think it is so important to take a little time for ourselves. How can we make others happy if we ourselves aren't? Love your beautiful tulips. Thanks for hosting.
