Since the weather in Ohio has been more like spring than winter (yippee !), now seems like the right time to bring back flower of the day!
Today’s flower of the day is Glory of the Snow. I’m trying to keep with the idea that there should be snow on the ground in January even if it is Glory of the Snow. This lovely 4-6” tall blue flower is an early bloomer, frequently flowering when there is snow on the ground. It is best planted in beds, rock gardens or under trees in sun to part shade for lucky zones 3-8.
Happy gardening!
