Today's flower of the day is Tardiva Hydrangea. This stunner is a Peegee hydrangea which has loose, pointed white flowers that turn purple-y-pink. Unlike the mophead hydrangeas that bloom in summer, this one waits to bloom in late summer, early fall. It grows best in full sun to part shade in lucky zones 4-8.
Happy gardening!
