Flower of the Day - Achillea Paprika (Yarrow)

Today's flower of the day is Achillea Paprika. Also known as Yarrow, this perennial is a vigerous grower with masses of lovely red flowers. It is perfect for a butterfly garden and makes wonderful bouquets of fresh or dried flowers. It blooms from June through September in full sun for lucky zones 3-9.

Happy gardening!

  2. I love the Yarrow also but hadn't gotten this color yet and say each year I need to add it. Maybe next year.
