Cottage Style Party & Mercury Glass Sparkle

Vintage mercury glass ornaments add so much sparkle to your holiday.

I just love them!

They look spectacular piled into a bowl on the table.

They come in interesting shapes that provide drama to your tree.

They come in teeny tiny sizes for small feather trees.

The silver ones have an inner glow as well as outer sparkle.

Teal looks so pretty on a white or flocked tree.

Bright pink brings a shabby chic look to your decor.

Let's not forget a mercury glass tree topper with glitter.

Clustered snow cap ornaments add another focal point to your tree.

These antique silver beaded icicles add a subtle drama to your tree decorations.

Mercury glass even comes in beaded garlands for some horizontal bling on your tree.

Add a unique specimen ornament with a dangle to capture everyone's imagination.

What's going on your Christmas tree this year?

Hello Friends!

Welcome to this weeks

Cottage Style Party!

#73

How's everyone?

Have you started your Christmas decorating yet?

I've got the tubs of stuff sitting out waiting for some attention. I'm thinking "simple" this year as I just do not have the time to do complicated decorations or figure out wacky electric cord connections.

When you live in an old house anything involving electric gets complicated!

Let's see what decorating you've been up to...

How cute is this trio of trees? I love the burlap and gingham with the rustic decorations!

Stop by Maria Elena's blog Our Home Away from Home for all the details to make your own cute holiday trees!

It's been snowing on Bev's mantle! How sweet are these Santa's?

Drop by Bev's blog Tablescapes by Bev to see her snowy mantle of Santa's, snowmen and snow globes! And don't miss her furniture redo's!

Fabby has her "Memory C'mas Tree" up already!
It's beautiful!
(and I love that yellow sofa!)

Hop on over to Fabby's blog Fabby's Living to read the story behind her lovely tree.
And don't miss the close ups and her fabulous mantle!

  5. Your ornaments are just lovely! I especially like the three blue drop shaped ones. I hosted Thanksgiving this year and had house guests all weekend, so today was my first day to unwind! Tomorrow I will start with the decorating! Thank you for hosting this great blog party! I am going to come back, however, because I got in pretty early again! Have a wonderful week!
